Seneca Group, a Cumming Group affiliate, seeks a Development Manager with healthcare experience for Seattle, WA. The role leads development and project management on medium to large healthcare projects, coordinating budgets, schedules, design teams, and client relations from planning through closeout.

Responsibilities include managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk; interfacing with senior leadership; and promoting value creation for world‑class clients. On‑site attendance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex healthcare projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of development projects from concept to closeout.
• Define technical and financial project scope and manage development budgets and schedules.
• Oversee entitlement, permitting, and agency coordination processes.
• Manage design teams including architects, engineers and specialty consultants.
• Review cost estimates and value engineering options; coordinate contracts.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
