Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management or related field.
• Proven track record in major gifts, donor engagement, and fundraising strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate donors including individuals, corporations and foundations.
• Support development planning, budgeting, and growth of fundraising through philanthropy.
• Plan and implement events for the organization.
• Prepare materials for development meetings and donor communications.
• Collaborate with ED and board to meet revenue targets and grants.
• Research prospects and manage grant proposals with National Grant Writing team.
