Job summary

Family Promise of Clear Creek is seeking a Development Director to lead donor relations, data tracking, and fundraising campaigns. This full-time, salaried role reports to the Executive Director and drives growth of our donor base and grant funding.

You will manage CRM records, coordinate events like our Golf Tournament and Gala, supervise communications, and collaborate with bookkeeping. A strong nonprofit fundraising background is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in fundraising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with donors and volunteers.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate donor and funder records in CRM and related systems, including receipting and tracking donations, grants, and pledges.
• Generate reports on donors, prospects, and pledges for the Development team.
• Track and document donor engagement and partnerships, including program participation data.
• Coordinate calendars and reminders for fundraising activities, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
• Assist in drafting donor communications, including impact reports.
• Collaborate with Bookkeeping to process and reconcile gifts and pledges.
