Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a real estate, construction, finance, or related field.
• Proven experience managing development projects from concept through stabilization.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions, leasing, and brokerage activities for development and investment opportunities.
• Oversee entitlement processes, zoning, permits, and coordination with municipal agencies.
• Direct design, preconstruction, and construction management to meet budgets and timelines.
• Monitor project performance, schedule, cost, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Prepare investment committee materials, pro formas, and financial projections.
• Represent the company at industry events and coordinate with partners and lenders.
