Circle K is seeking a Director to lead the North America Real Estate Development team in Tempe, AZ. You will drive site identification, evaluations, and store openings while coordinating with operations, marketing, and construction teams to execute on our growth strategy.

You will manage a team of Development Managers, oversee budgets, and interface with third‑party partners to secure entitlements and permits across North America. This role requires strategic leadership and travel up to 50%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking and communicating with the team, third parties and senior leadership.
• 5+ years of Real Estate/Retail Site Selection/Construction/Project Entitlement/Strategy/Finance/Economic Evaluation/Engineering and Design/Procurement experience.
• Extensive Operations experience including P&L management is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn additional software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Identify new sites, investigate, analyze, produce, and oversee store openings as major performance indicators.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met and budgets adhered to.
• Lead and develop a team of Development Managers; communicate with BU ops, marketing, fuels, construction, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee third‑party project managers, civil engineers, architects, attorneys, expeditors, and other development personnel through entitlement and permitting.
• Create, manage and adhere to site budgets and payment processes; ensure strategic execution with urgency.
