The position is based in Phoenix with responsibilities spanning coordination with Development, Capital Deployment, and Market
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management.
- Experience with land development, municipal approvals, and large-scale sitework.
- Ability to travel about 20%-40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development across Mountain South markets, including site pursuit, land due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction for industrial facilities.
- Coordinate with Investment Officer to evaluate land/building acquisitions and manage design professionals.
- Lead municipal approvals, entitlements, and permitting from acquisition through completion.
