Job summary

Repair the World seeks a Development Director to lead all fundraising across Boston and Miami, managing a portfolio of individual donors, foundations, federations, and corporate partners. You will report to the Senior Director of Development and collaborate with local staff and lay leaders while traveling roughly monthly to deepen donor relationships.

In this frontline role you will grow major gifts, design engagement opportunities, and implement strategies that align with national priorities,

Qualifications

5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
Frontline solicitor with track record closing five- and six-figure gifts.
Experience with Salesforce, Donor Search, Google Suite and prospect research.
Knowledge of Boston/Miami Jewish funders or willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Lead all fundraising efforts for Repair the World Boston and Miami, developing local strategies aligned with national priorities.
Own and achieve annual goals across markets through a diversified donor portfolio.
Cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of donors and institutional partners.
Identify new funding opportunities and build a robust prospect pipeline.
Represent Repair in meetings, events, and donor engagements across both cities.
