Job summary

NAYA is seeking a Development Coordinator to keep the development lifecycle running smoothly. You will provide logistical execution and coordination support across multiple development functions, ensuring clear information flow between teams and vendors.

With 3–5 years in development or project management and a bachelor's degree, you will manage milestones, supplier coordination, and documentation, enabling efficient project delivery across New York and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in development, project or portfolio management or similar logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) project pipeline, tracking milestones and schedules and reporting weekly.
• Maintain project budgets, track proposals, contracts, invoices, change orders, and payments.
• Coordinate contract administration, procurement, invoicing, and deliverables for NROs.
• Lead setup and maintenance of development platforms, vendors, and functions.
• Collaborate with Design, Construction, Real Estate, Operations, and Facilities to ensure data accuracy across phases.
