Call Your Mother seeks a Development Coordinator in Washington, DC. You will support new shop development from site evaluation through opening, coordinating across Real Estate, Design, Construction and Logistics to keep projects on track.

You will manage schedules, trackers, and cost dashboards, ensuring clear communication and timely handoffs. A fast-paced, collaborative team culture awaits with great benefits and growth.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, real estate development, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Mansioni

• Support new shop development from site evaluation through closeout.
• Manage project trackers, dashboards, and updates for schedules, milestones, approvals and risks.
• Coordinate design schedules and deliverables with internal teams, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Support bidding and preconstruction by collecting proposals and preparing bid comparisons.
• Coordinate permit tracking and initial business licensing and related applications.
• Assemble budgets and maintain project cost trackers including invoices and POs.
• Maintain complete, organized project files and consistent folder structures.
• Track milestones and opening readiness with Construction and Operations teams.
