Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Development Coordinator to support restaurant growth by managing development projects from initiation through turnover. You will track vendor quotes, permits, contracts, and fixtures, while coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to meet timelines.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 2 years in a project coordination role, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in project coordination or administrative role, development/procurement a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret vendor scopes.
• Proficient with project management platforms and MS Office; SiteFolio knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFQ and bidding process for general contractors and vendors.
• Maintain project data and documentation in Sitefolio with budget and contracts.
• Track quotes and POs against budget; flag cost/timing concerns.
• Manage delivery schedules for furniture, signage, equipment for timelines.
• Oversee permitting coordination with expediters and licenses tracking.
• Support construction close-out with documentation and as-builts.
• Prepare tenant improvement packages for landlord reimbursement.
• Participate in project calls and vendor meetings to align teams.
