NAYA is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead restaurant openings, remodels, and capital projects from pre-construction through turnover and closeout. You will coordinate with Real Estate, Design, Facilities, Operations, and external consultants to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role emphasizes disciplined execution, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement across schedule, budget, and scope, with travel to project sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience, including restaurant/hospitality or multi-unit retail projects.
• Ability to independently lead multiple concurrent projects across markets, timelines, and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, estimating, scheduling, permitting, and closeout with sound financial judgment.
• Hands-on understanding of restaurant building systems and coordination, including kitchen equipment and utilities.
• Proactive problem-solver who spots risk early and balances cost, schedule, quality, and operations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and negotiation skills across internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Construction and Site Due Diligence: review test fits, conditions, capacity, constructibility, code constraints, landlord scope, and risks.
• Procurement, Budget, and Schedule Management: lead GC procurement, develop schedules, manage budgets and change orders.
• Construction Execution and Coordination: manage contractors, review docs, resolve RFIs, conduct site visits and progress meetings.
• Permitting, Turnover, and Closeout: coordinate inspections, turnover to ops, and complete closeout documentation.
• How You Will Impact: deliver projects on schedule and budget, report to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement.
