Job summary

A real estate development firm in Scottsdale is looking for a Development Associate. In this role, you will support retail development projects through the phases of entitlement and permitting. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with a minimum of a high school diploma and 2+ years in a project coordination role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is preferred. This position offers minimal local travel and requires exceptional multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate outreach to and solicit proposals from consultants and vendors.
• Maintain the central project task database for accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate the submission of permit applications.
• Work closely with the development team to achieve collective goals.
