Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in resource development/coordination.
• Experience writing competitive grant proposals.
• Knowledge of grants management, budgets, and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Blackbaud tools.

Responsibilities

• Research funding sources from private, corporate foundations, government.
• Coordinate with grant writers and contractors.
• Oversee proposal development, reviews, and submissions.
• Monitor grants and manage project tracking and reporting.
• Prepare narrative and financial reports, ensure timely submissions.
• Steward funders and promote grants with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess growth and scalability.
