CLIMB Fund in South Carolina is seeking a Development Manager to lead fundraising, grant development, communications, marketing, and community outreach. Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit development and fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated grant writing and fundraising experience.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with marketing and digital communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue grants, donations, corporate support, and partnerships.
• Research, write, and coordinate proposals, reports, and fundraising materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders and community partners.
• Track fundraising goals and report progress.
• Coordinate events, campaigns, and communications across the organization.
• Maintain confidential donor and organizational records.
• Support policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
