Medical University of South Carolina Foundation is seeking a Development Coordinator to support Gift Officers and leadership in advancing fundraising initiatives. The role includes donor relationship management, proposal handling, event coordination, and research to inform stewardship and cultivation strategies.

You will collaborate across teams, draft and edit briefing materials, and ensure accurate tracking in the Foundation’s systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1–3 years of related experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) with 5 years of related experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills; able to tailor messages to varied audiences.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to Gift Officers, including managing calendars and coordinating communications.
• Coordinate fundraising initiatives and donor activities with Gift Officers, physicians, and Foundation staff.
• Arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and process travel expenses and vendor payments.
• Use Raiser's Edge and other Foundation systems to support fundraising operations and workflow.
