Job summary

The Zoological Society of Milwaukee is seeking a Development Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting the Milwaukee County Zoo. Under the Senior Development Director, this role provides wide-ranging administrative and project support to the Development Department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with at least four years of related experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support for the Development Department, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, correspondence, and reports.
• Coordinate and attend development stewardship and cultivation events, assisting with logistics and materials.
• Support sponsorship manager by maintaining tracking documentation, compiling recap reports, and coordinating sponsor logistics.
