Job summary

Darden Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Development Services Coordinator in Orlando, FL to support design, construction, and facilities teams. You will manage documentation, vendor coordination, and project workflows in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely milestones and accurate records.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask among bidding, invoicing, and close-out activities while collaborating with CPMs and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of coordinator/support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in design, construction, or facilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard documentation formats (AIA/G702/G703).
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and support a team of five+.
• Experience with vendor onboarding and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute bid documents to General Contractors via the project management platform.
• Track, analyze, and review contract documentation for vendor selection and execution.
• Create purchase orders and coordinate with vendors; process invoice payments.
• Review and reconcile pay requests (AIA/G702/G703) and change orders; file lien waivers.
• Review close-out docs: certificates, final lien waivers, warranties, as-builts.
• Interface with CPMs to provide administrative, financial, and logistical support.
• Maintain Facility Vendor Database and onboarding documentation.
• Support internal partners across Tax, Purchasing, Accounting, and Restaurant Supply.
• Enter Facilities projects into the project management platform and support Facilities Managers.
• Coordinate issue resolution between Facilities Managers, vendors, and operators.
