Job summary

Völker is seeking a Development Coordinator to drive multifamily real estate projects from pre-development through stabilization in the Cleveland area. You will work across internal departments and external stakeholders to advance milestones and ensure successful delivery of developments.

The role emphasizes due diligence, financing coordination, and close collaboration with managing directors, consultants, and contractors to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of multi-family real estate development experience
• LIHTC or affordable housing experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail oriented with cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Direct due diligence providers and entitlements coordination
• Assist with capital resources, closings, and reporting
• Coordinate with design teams and construction managers
• Support planning/design and building permit processes
• Monitor project information, budgets and schedules across teams
