Völker DEVELOPMENT INC is hiring a Development Coordinator to advance projects from initial site control to stabilization. You will work closely with Managing Directors, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, and Help drive projects through the development life cycle.

Based in the Cleveland area, this full-time role emphasizes collaboration, process orientation, and timely reporting to ensure alignment with financing, design, and construction requirements.

Formación

• 2–4 years of multi-family real estate development, with LIHTC or affordable housing experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AI workflow/document integration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multitask independently.
• High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication.
• Continual improvement and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Development: Evaluate zoning, file applications, coordinate with consultants, perform local market analysis, and review QAPs and financing guidelines.
• Development and Closing: Prepare LOI solicitations, respond to partners, oversee scope of work, and support closing activities across legal, finance, and project teams.
• Construction Monitoring and Support: Collaborate with Construction Manager, monitor schedule/budget/workforce, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Post-Construction and Stabilization: Liaise with Asset/Property Management, oversee FF&E provisioning, ensure occupancy requirements, and coordinate financing conversion.
