Job summary

New Leaf Energy in Lowell, MA is seeking an Associate Project Developer to join our Mid-Atlantic team. You will identify high-potential sites, perform due diligence, and prepare opportunities for project developers, using GIS and Salesforce to track progress.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in solar development, strong Excel and Salesforce skills, and is organized, proactive, and a clear communicator in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years experience preferred.
• Solar sales or development experience preferred.
• IT skills – proficiency in GIS tools, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Prospecting: identify high-potential land parcels and research leads; manage stakeholder outreach and due diligence packages.
• Document opportunities in Salesforce and coordinate with project developers; schedule meetings with landowners.
• Support project close-out tasks including data room preparation and contract amendments.
