ioby seeks a Development Associate based in Brooklyn, NY. The Development Associate will play a critical role on our Growth Team, providing essential fundraising support, prospect research, and database management to help expand donor engagement and gifts.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy, you will collaborate with the Community and Growth Managers, coordinate mailings and events, and help implement Salesforce improvements to meet ambitious annual goals.

Qualificações

• At least two years of development or related work experience.
• Experience with database design and management of donor pipeline.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• CRM experience, with preference for Salesforce.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Detail oriented, highly responsive, and discreet.
• Ability to learn new applications quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Support donor fundraising through communications, donor responses, and online giving management.
• Manage donor pipeline, track gifts, and create reports for mailings and analysis.
• Assist in Salesforce reporting and Growth team data needs.
• Provide administrative support and schedule meetings with donors.
