The Development Associate provides essential administrative support across SOME's Development and Communications department, reporting to the VP, Development Operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for the SOME general inbox and development phone line, processes incoming gifts and donor correspondence, and provides financial administration support, including department invoicing and expense reconciliation.
The Development Associate also supports donor acknowledgment, special events invoicing, SharePoint and systems organization, and cross-team administrative projects, playing a central role in keeping the department's daily operations running smoothly.
