Job description

The Development Associate plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission by supporting comprehensive fundraising and membership strategies. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven professional who will oversee donor database management, support the grant lifecycle, and assist with membership appeals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date donor records in the organization's CRM (e.g., Bloomerang).
• Process donations, reconcile records with the finance team, and generate timely, accurate tax acknowledgments and stewardship letters.
• Generate regular reports on fundraising and membership metrics and donor retention to inform strategy.
