Job summary

Subway is seeking a data analytics leader to develop, implement, and execute standardized reporting and ad hoc analytics to support franchise profitability and brand growth. You will collaborate with business and analytics teams worldwide and coach team members to elevate analytical capabilities.

You will design end-to-end analyses, present actionable results to partners, and translate business requests into technical solutions using Tableau, SQL (Redshift), and Alteryx, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration
• Strong analytic skills and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal experience
• BI reporting and dashboard development using Tableau
• SQL development/scripting (Amazon Redshift preferred)
• Ability to work independently
• Experience gathering requirements and turning them into actions (reports, warehouse enhancements)
• Experience building workflows in Alteryx
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements with IT
• AI/ML/Data science experience is a plus
• HTML code writing skills is a plus
• Experience with Interworks Creator is a plus
• Knowledge of Quick Serve Restaurant business and operations preferred
• Proven track record for coaching and mentoring direct reports preferred

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and manages analyses from start to finish and manages timing and expectations
• Analysis and communication/presentation of actionable results
• Interact with business team and IT partners
• Conduct ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested
• Act as strategic consultant to help interpret data for informed decisions
