Job summary

Unity Ads is seeking a Developer Support Engineer in San Francisco to own technical support for advertisers, resolving delivery, attribution, and reporting issues end-to-end.

You will investigate MMP integrations, reproduce issues, and partner with Engineering to drive fixes, while keeping clients informed with clear updates. Growth toward Senior DSE and broader platform exposure are available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing or support role.
• Ability to write SQL queries to investigate and validate data.
• Ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent cases.

Responsibilities

• Own technical support for advertisers running Unity Ads campaigns, covering delivery, ROAS, attribution and reporting issues.
• Investigate MMP integration problems and data discrepancies using SQL and internal dashboards.
• Reproduce issues, write clear bug reports, and partner with Engineering and Product to drive fixes.
• Keep advertisers and Account Managers informed with clear, timely, solution-focused updates.
• Build and improve troubleshooting playbooks and contribute to the team's support automation tooling.
