Job summary
Unity Technologies SF is seeking a dedicated support engineer to own technical support for advertisers running Unity Ads campaigns, handling delivery, ROAS, attribution and reporting issues. You will investigate MMP integration problems, reproduce issues, and partner with Engineering and Product to drive fixes.
You’ll build troubleshooting playbooks, contribute to automation tooling, and keep advertisers and Account Managers informed with clear, timely updates.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to write SQL queries to investigate data.
- Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent cases.
Responsibilities
- Own technical support for Unity Ads advertisers, addressing delivery, ROAS, attribution, and reporting issues.
- Investigate MMP integration problems and data discrepancies using SQL and dashboards.
- Reproduce issues, write clear bug reports, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to drive fixes.
- Keep advertisers and Account Managers informed with clear, timely, solution-focused updates.
- Build and improve troubleshooting playbooks and contribute to the team's support automation tooling.
