Job summary

Kombo is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical assistance, debug complex integrations, and bridge customers with product and engineering teams. This is an on-site, full-time role based in NYC (Manhattan) supporting a rapidly growing customer base.

You’ll work with APIs (REST/SOAP/OAuth), Node.js, TypeScript, SQL and GCP, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve documentation and fix flows. Equity available.

Qualifications

• Experience debugging API integrations and data flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate large codebases.
• Experience shipping production code is a plus.
• Familiarity with API authentication flows and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug API integrations and data-sync issues.
• Guide customers via Slack, email, and video calls.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to prioritize fixes.
• Create internal/external docs and guides.
• Build dashboards or alerts to monitor integration health.
