Job summary

HRW Management, an Associa company, seeks a Community Association Manager (III) to lead the Developer Services portfolio in the Raleigh market. Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience with HOA and/or condominium land and builder development.
  • Experience working with developer-controlled associations and residential builders.
  • Knowledge of governing documents, budgets, vendor management, board governance and community operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary relationship manager for developer and homebuilder clients.
  • Lead developer board meetings, annual and transition meetings.
  • Prepare board packages, management reports, and financial summaries.
  • Coordinate with counsel, insurance professionals, accountants, engineers and other consultants.
  • Oversee homeowner communications, architectural review processes, and compliance matters.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of association records, contracts and minutes.
