  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between developers, homebuilders, homeowners, and association leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with development and construction teams.
  • Guide turnover from developer control to homeowner governance.
  • Support board formation, onboarding, and governance training.
  • Establish operational procedures and service standards for new communities.
  • Assist with new HOA startup, budgets, and reserve planning.
  • Coordinate turnover meetings and communications.
  • Develop homeowner communication strategies during development and transition.
