You will partner with product, research, and marketing to grow Anthropic’s developer ecosystem while ensuring responsible AI usage and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer experience, or technical product/engineering roles.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML and API concepts and ability to translate technical ideas for varied audiences.
• Hands‑on technical ability to write production‑quality code demos and review samples.
• Insight into developer psychology and ability to reach developers through the right channels.
• Passion for AI’s potential and a commitment to responsible AI development.
• Collaborative contributor with ability to influence across teams without direct authority.
• Thrived in high‑growth environments with adaptable priorities.

Responsibilities

• Shape how developers discover and engage with Anthropic's developer products (Claude Code and Claude Tag).
• Build frameworks for measuring developer success aligned with business goals and our mission.
• Prioritize community and content initiatives based on data and feedback.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure developer needs inform the roadmap.
• Define world‑class AI developer relations standards and content quality.
• Contribute to processes and best practices for the DevRel function.
