Job summary

You will gather data from multiple sources, build dashboards, and turn engineering metrics into actionable recommendations for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Collaborating with engineers, managers, and product owners, you will identify bottlenecks, help define success measures, and support tooling adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in this role or similar.
• Strong understanding of software delivery metrics.
• Ability to create dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Experience with engineering analytics platforms (LinearB, Jellyfish, Haystack).
• Familiarity with internal developer platforms like Backstage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain software delivery metrics and dashboards.
• Analyze DORA metrics, cycle time, PR throughput, and other KPIs.
• Merge data from multiple sources into clear, actionable dashboards.
• Configure analytics tools and integrate data from work-tracking and source-control systems.
• Explain metrics to tech and non-technical stakeholders and guide improvements.
