Job summary

A reputable technology solutions provider is seeking a proactive Software Engineer to architect their digital backbone. This role involves transforming raw data into actionable intelligence through PowerBI dashboards, building custom applications, and enhancing Dynamics CRM to optimize customer workflows. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience with C# and SQL, a strong background in PowerBI, and be comfortable managing software applications. The position is located onsite just south of Nashville and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production systems with C# and SQL.
• 3+ years crafting data visualizations and reports in PowerBI.
• Hands-on experience with GIT or similar version control systems.
• Proven track record implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, deploy and manage software applications that operate the business.
• Design and deploy PowerBI reporting solutions that turn complex datasets into executive-ready insights.
• Own the full lifecycle of our transaction processing, billing systems, and customer-facing websites.
• Enhance and extend Dynamics CRM to optimize customer relationship workflows.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.
• Serve as a technical advisor, delivering training, ad-hoc analysis, and troubleshooting support.
