Job summary

• Strong prioritization and backlog management experience.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing visibility into commitments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer and onboarding meetings to understand business needs firsthand.
• Gather, document, and prioritize enhancement requests, issues, and feature ideas.
• Translate customer requests into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
• Manage and maintain Jira backlogs, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Work directly with an offshore development team to clarify requirements and answer questions.
• Help resolve competing stakeholder requests and establish clear priorities.
• Follow projects from intake through delivery to ensure commitments are met.
• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to customers and internal teams.

Business Analyst

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite - 5 Days per Week)

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $120,000-$138,000 Base Salary

Reason for Opening: Expanding dedicated Product and Business Analyst capacity as the company scales.

We're looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between customers, sales teams, and software developers.

This isn't a role where you'll simply gather requirements and pass them along. The person we're looking for will own the prioritization process for several software platforms, work directly with customers, and help ensure development teams are focused on the right work at the right time.

The biggest challenge today isn't a lack of ideas or customer feedback - it's managing competing priorities and making sure important items don't get lost as new requests come in. This role will become the central point of coordination between stakeholders and the development team.

What You'll Be Doing
