Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated understanding of the developer and engineering audience.
• 2-4 years in community management or similar roles for tech audiences.
• Strong writing and tone, with ability to engage online communities.
• Hands-on experience with social listening or analytics and turning data into insights.

• Own daily publishing execution across our social channels (X, LinkedIn, and others) with a consistent cadence.
• Keep the social calendar, content queue, and asset trackers organized and up to date.
• Adapt approved content and messaging to fit each platform’s voice, format, and best practices.
• Coordinate with writers, designers, and subject matter experts to move the content pipeline on schedule.
• Be the voice in comments and DMs — engaging with developers and researchers and building relationships.
• Moderate and monitor engagement daily, ensuring timely, credible responses.
• Track audience composition and engagement patterns using social listening tools.
• Monitor competitor and industry activity to identify opportunities.
