RealPage is seeking a Tier 3 escalation specialist for its SaaS products in the United States. You will own product areas, perform deep technical analysis, and document defects to drive resolution.

You will mentor junior analysts, contribute to the knowledge base and training, and maintain Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of technical support experience with SQL and REST APIs.
