Job summary

RealPage seeks a customer-facing professional in the United States who fluent with multifamily real estate technologies to join our solutions team. You will help clients maximize value from RealPage offerings and deliver responsive support.

In this role, you will take ownership of issues, perform thorough analysis to reach root causes, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of RealPage solutions and integrations to ensure successful outcomes for property managers at both corporate and property levels.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing professional fluent with multifamily real estate technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong understanding of property management at corporate and property levels.
