Job summary

Sent, Inc. is seeking a Developer Advocate to be the technical voice of Sent among developers. You will produce tutorials, demos, posts, videos, and talks, and engage with developers on Hacker News, X, Reddit, Discord, and GitHub.

You will write the tutorial that ranks for "how to send WhatsApp from Node.js" and build the demo passed around in a Slack channel. You’ll attend events, conferences, hackathons, and host in-house sessions, while answering questions about Sent versus Twilio and

Qualifications

At least 4 years working as a developer, with 1–2 years in DevRel, developer marketing, or public-facing technical IC.
You ship code and can build a working integration quickly and document it.

Responsibilities

Publish tutorials, comparison posts, deep dives, demos, and sample apps.
Maintain a strong personal presence on developer channels (X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Attend conferences and meetups, speak or run a booth, or both.
Host and co-host events and hackathons to embed Sent in the dev ecosystem.
Own the SDK and quickstart experience end to end, and feed friction back to engineering.
Run office hours or livestreams to engage builders with the product.
