Job summary

Sent, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Developer Advocate to be the technical voice for Sent among developers. You will produce tutorials, demos, posts, videos, and talks, and engage with developers where they hang out: Hacker News, X, Reddit, Discord, and GitHub.

You’ll own the SDK and quickstart experience end to end, build compelling demos, host events, and represent Sent at conferences. You’ll respond to questions and help engineers compare Sent to Twilio.

Qualifications

4+ years as a developer with public-facing role in DevRel or marketing.
Able to ship working integrations and document the process quickly.
Public portfolio of technical content (blogs, repos, talks, videos) required.
Strong writing and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Publish tutorials, demos, posts, videos, and talks on a regular cadence.
Maintain a strong presence on dev platforms and communities.
Speak at developer conferences and run booths or events.
Host and co-host events and hackathons to embed Sent in the dev ecosystem.
Own the SDK and quickstart experience end-to-end and feed feedback to engineering.
Run office hours or livestreams to engage builders with the product.
