Job summary

Sent, Inc. is seeking a Developer Advocate to be the technical voice of Sent among developers. You will craft tutorials, demos, and posts, and engage with developers on Hacker News, X, Reddit, Discord servers, and GitHub.

You will attend conferences, host hackathons, and own the SDK and quickstart experience, helping builders connect Sent's messaging infrastructure with their apps. You’ll be active in the dev community and build a broad audience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a developer with DevRel or public-facing tech IC.
• Ability to ship code quickly and document it.
• Portfolio of public technical content: blogs, repos, talks, videos.
• Strong writing skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfort with messaging, telecom, or API infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Publish technical content on a regular cadence: tutorials, posts, demos.
• Maintain a strong developer presence on X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other dev channels.
• Speak at conferences and meetups; run booths when applicable.
• Host and co-host events and hackathons to embed Sent in the dev ecosystem.
• Own the SDK and quickstart developer experience end to end, feed back to engineering.
• Run office hours or livestreams to engage builders with the product.
