Ferrandino & Son, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Greater Detroit Michigan area to independently develop client relationships across assigned territories and oversee exterior maintenance quality for landscaping, snow removal, and lot sweeping.

Preference is given to candidates with landscaping, snow removal, and/or lot sweeping experience, plus botany/horticulture/arboriculture or irrigation background. Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 with benefits and potential bonuses.

Formación

• Knowledge of commercial landscape management, snow removal, irrigation and/or lot sweeping.
• Exemplary communication, presentation, problem solving, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, in an organized, focused, and disciplined manner.
• Able to identify, balance, and prioritize shifting client needs and grow client relationships.
• Ability to travel within designated territory and other territories, with overnight stays, as necessary, and some weekend travel.
• Self-starter who can manage all day-to-day activities, including schedules, on and off-site meetings and critical deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills with internal management, client representatives and service partners, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct ongoing relationship-building and coaching regarding vendor partners and new vendor partners to meet service expectations.
• Identify and qualify potential new vendor partners for vetting process.
• Be available to meet with vendor partners upon request.
• Assess properties within assigned territory for quality control and ensure contractor work meets standards.
• Provide consistent communication with clients about needs and goals, to build relationships.
• Independently spot issues and resolve problems.
• Review contracts to understand scope of work and opportunities for enhancements.
• Identify and propose site enhancements and lead enhancement projects with clients.
• Identify safety/environmental issues on client sites and address them.
• Develop proposals outlining scope of new projects and pricing for enhancements.
• Perform RFP measurements, assessments and photo documentation.
• Manage field requests as directed by Regional Manager.
• Assist onboarding of new vendor partners with ongoing communication.
• Work with vendors to execute enhancements per contract and counsel on out-of-scope work.
• Identify underperforming vendors and initiate remedial actions.
• Lead trainings focused on arboriculture, botany, horticulture, and environmental factors.
