Job summary

Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. in Bridgeport, CT, seeks a qualified supervisor to oversee counselors and manage client caseloads in a detox/behavioral health setting.

You will provide clinical supervision, develop staff, and collaborate with medical and nursing teams to ensure compliant, patient-centered care. Required are a Master’s degree in behavioral health, a CT license (LADC/LCSW/LPC/LMFT), and at least three years of supervisory experience in addiction or mental health services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or similar discipline.
• Current CT clinical license (LADC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in addiction/mental health counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and direction of departmental staff.
• Oversee client caseload management and treatment plans.
• Conduct clinical supervision and staff development activities.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance with regulatory standards.
