Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services field (social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, addiction counseling or related).
• LCADC, LCSW or LICSW licensing and 3+ years of clinical supervision experience in substance use disorder treatment.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and chart documentation per regulations.
• Strong knowledge of substance abuse treatment modalities and collateral issues.
• Excellent leadership, recruitment and staff supervision abilities.
• Familiarity with county/state/federal regulations and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, supervision and QA of all mental health and AOD services and documentation.
• Ensure services comply with regulatory agencies.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper documentation.
• Review treatment plans, case notes, and communications for regulatory compliance.
• Lead weekly team case conferences to coordinate treatment plans and service utilization.
• Monitor creation of initial and renewal treatment plans for timeliness and quality.
• Assign cases to therapists and paraprofessionals as needed.
• Coordinate with referral sources and other agencies.
• Ensure supervision documentation is filed timely and accurate.
• Report significant incidences within 24 hours.
• Hire, train and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Support program development and staff training.
