Job summary

Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. in Bridgeport, CT seeks a skilled supervisor for its First Step Residential Detox program. The role oversees counselors, coordinates schedules, and ensures clinical supervision and documentation meet CARF and DPH standards.

Requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health and a CT clinical license (LADC/LCSW/LPC/LMFT) with at least three years of supervisory experience in addiction or mental health settings. Full-time, onsite, with on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or similar discipline.
• Current State of CT Clinical License (LADC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required. Supervisory experience in addiction and/or mental health counseling strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises counselors by utilizing appropriate management techniques and oversees staff scheduling, training and evaluations.
• Conducts documented clinical supervision in accordance with policy and waiver requirements.
• Oversees counselors’ treatment relationships with their caseload of clients in individual and group sessions.
• Maintains records, reviews cases and treatment plans, and ensures regulatory compliance.
