Job summary

Root Center For Advanced Recovery in Bristol, CT seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinic, provide program management, and supervise staff in alignment with federal/state regulations. The role includes guidance on treatment plans, case conferences, and clinical duties for a select caseload.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree and CT licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or Psychologist), with at least four years of full-time behavioral health experience and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a graduate degree in a related field and CT licensure.

Responsibilities

• Counseling Clients: maintains select caseload and facilitates counseling to help achieve treatment goals.
• Supervision: provides clinical supervision to staff and interns, coordinates caseloads and staff meetings.
• Trainings: delivers ongoing training programs related to agency policies.
• Development: evaluates licensed and unlicensed staff, supports professional growth.
• Case Conferences: guides staff with treatment plans and case discussions.
• Quality Improvement: ensures compliance with CARF and HIPAA, supports audits.
• Administrative: handles HR/payroll data, new hire orientation, evaluations.
• Record keeping and documentation: completes reports and treatment summaries timely.
