Job summary

CareWell Health is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator RN in East Orange, NJ to coordinate safe, patient-centered withdrawal management for individuals undergoing medically supervised withdrawal from alcohol and other substances. The role operates on a night shift, 11pm-7am, and requires an active New Jersey RN license.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, care plan coordination, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, collaboration with physicians and behavioral-health

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey RN license.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or BSN; BSN may be preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Min 1 year detox, substance-use-disorder, or addiction-treatment experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care among physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, counselors, social workers, therapists, case managers, and other team members.
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and clinical status; communicate significant changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility policies.
