Qualifications

4-5 years of experience supervising a corporate-scale maintenance team.
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other skilled trades.
Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance projects.
Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities

Directs and supervises trade supervisors and skilled trades staff in maintenance and repair of facility buildings and security systems.
Sets performance goals, assigns work, evaluates staff, and provides technical guidance.
Develops policies and plans to support safety, security, and operations.
Coordinates maintenance projects with administration, security, contractors, and agencies while minimizing disruptions.
Schedules work and staffing to ensure timely maintenance coverage.
Ensures quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Monitors budgets, expenditures, and adjusts plans.
Oversees contractor activities to ensure contract compliance and safety.
