CoreCivic is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for its Community Corrections team in Denver, CO. The role oversees maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facility systems, equipment, and grounds, supervising staff and residents on projects. Travel within the U.S. may be required.

Responsibilities include scheduling work, inspecting for safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinating with other departments. A high school diploma or GED plus maintenance experience is required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; four years of maintenance experience.
• Additional technical training in maintenance/construction may substitute for experience.

• Establishes and follows maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance.
• Supervises maintenance staff and residents; assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Inspects facility for safety, building codes and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews work orders, diagnoses issues, and coordinates repairs with staff and contractors.
