Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory, operational, and contractual compliance for a high-consequence detention facility. You will drive audit readiness, risk mitigation, and alignment with federal standards through daily monitoring and CAP planning.

The role collaborates with on-site leadership and government officials to maintain operational integrity and ensure ongoing compliance across all departments.

Qualifications

• Active or recent Security Clearance or ability to pass a background investigation.
• 2–3 years of progressive compliance/quality assurance/operational management in detention environments.
• Strong analytical skills with history of leading audit preparations and CAPs.
• Excellent written communication with experience preparing technical compliance reports for government stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in criminal justice, business, public policy, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine internal audits across facility operations to ensure adherence to federal detention standards, contracts, and policy.
• Maintain, update, and enforce SOPs to align with client specifications and evolving regulations.
• Identify non-compliance issues, draft CAPs, and oversee remediation with department heads.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for government inspections, audits, and client reviews.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs and compliance metrics to leadership and contracting officers.
• Manage incident reporting workflows with timely documentation and investigation.
• Collaborate to ensure mandatory compliance and safety training for all operational staff.
