Job summary

GardaWorld Federal Services LLC is seeking a Compliance Auditor for detainee transport operations across Texas with limited coverage into New Mexico and Oklahoma. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or compliance auditing within secure transport or related government contracting environments.
• Preferred associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
• Deep understanding of federal government contracting compliance, detainee transport standards, and DOT fleet safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and unannounced quality control audits of transport routes, vehicle fleets, holding facilities, and field personnel.
• Monitor adherence to federal detainee transport standards, ICE/PBNDS requirements, DOT regulations, and state security mandates.
• Audit fleet maintenance logs, vehicle safety checks, driver logs, and equipment standards for readiness and safety.
• Identify non‑compliance, investigate incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
• Review and refine operational SOPs, detainee custody protocols, and security guard procedures for consistency and risk mitigation.
• Generate monthly quality reports, audit findings summaries, and performance metrics for leadership and contracting officers.
• Collaborate with supervisors to train personnel on compliance standards and continuous quality improvement.
• Serve as lead contact during government compliance reviews and external quality audits
