Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for multiple detention healthcare programs nationwide.
• Monitor compliance with contract requirements, federal regulations, and detention standards.
• Serve as corporate point of contact for facilities regarding medical operations and performance.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to support staffing, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for leadership and government stakeholders.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery, efficiency, and outcomes.
